Miltenberg, Singh: “Judge Rules that Professor’s Title IX Discrimination Case Against Thomas Jefferson University Survives Motion to Dismiss”

By decision and order dated September 9, 2021, Hon. Michael Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania allowed Plaintiff to proceed against Defendants on his Title IX sex discrimination claim and his claim for tortious interference with business relations under Pennsylvania state law. Abraham v. Thomas Jefferson University, et al., No. 2:20-cv-02967 (ED PA September 9, 2021). Andrew T. Miltenberg and Cindy Singh represent the Plaintiff, a highly renowned surgeon, in this action against the Defendants, a teaching hospital and its affiliated university.
