Ben represents clients in commercial real estate transactions and related matters. As a member of the firm’s real estate team, Ben provides in-depth analysis and guidance to the firm’s clients.

Ben is involved in transactions including the purchase and sale, financing, and leasing of commercial, residential, industrial, and multi-use buildings and ground leases, with a focus on the New York City metropolitan area. He represents parties on either side of such transactions, including through the drafting and review of deal documentation, engaging in negotiations, and assisting with the arrangement of financing where required. He has significant experience working with corporate documentation including formation documents and revisions and amendments to controlling documents, as well as advising on the best structure to fit each client’s needs. Ben utilized these abilities at two prior firms in the New York City area prior to joining Nesenoff & Miltenberg.

Ben attended Columbia University and was a co-founder of a student-run enterprise during his time there. While attending law school at the Georgetown University Law Center, Ben interned for the American Cancer Society, a cause he continues to support, as well as being an editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law.
