A suspended Penn State pre-med student is allowed to attend classes Monday after a federal judge directed the university to assist him in registering for them. … “We’re thrilled,” was the response of Doe’s lawyer Andrew T. Miltenberg to the decision. “The judge clearly saw through what was confusing and inconsistent testimony by Penn State witnesses.” Penn State by design or negligence does not have a fair and consistent policy in dealing with sexual misconduct cases, he said. “Thank goodness Judge Brann stepped in,” Miltenberg said. … Miltenberg accused the investigator, Katharina Matic, the university’s senior Title IX compliant specialist, of confirming a pre-ordered result to the case.
