NMLLP represented a factory worker for a major sugar company who sued her employer for sexual harassment, gender discrimination and hostile work environment after being subjected to degrading sexual remarks and harassment from her supervisor. The jury awarded the woman over $13 million in damages.
In a gender discrimination and retaliation case, NMLLP successfully negotiated a six-figure settlement against the New York City Department of Education on behalf of their client, a female guidance counselor within the LGBTQ+ community.
