Rod Streicher’s practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation. With a passion for the problem-solving aspect of litigation, Rod is a highly skilled and driven advocate. He especially enjoys working closely with clients to develop creative, strategic and efficient solutions to their disputes.

Rod has extensive experience in all stages of litigation, including negotiations, discovery, dispositive motion practice, and trial. He takes special pride in his skill and accomplishments as a trial lawyer and has tried nearly 40 cases to a verdict.

Among his clients, Rod has represented individuals in defamation cases, commercial litigation, appeals, inheritance disputes, employment discrimination, and Title IX litigation. He also represents businesses and business owners in breach of contract cases, as well as business tort matters such as fraud, theft, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Prior to joining Nesenoff and Miltenberg LLP, Rod served the people of the State of Wisconsin as a prosecutor with the Outagamie County (WI) District Attorney’s office. There, he was responsible for prosecuting hundreds of cases, including violent felonies. He also served as lead trial counsel in a dozen cases, winning favorable verdicts for his clients. Rod also worked for one of Wisconsin’s largest law firms, specializing in commercial and business tort litigation.
