Nicole Hoehle’s practice focuses on civil litigation in all areas of the law, including cases
involving sexual assault, defamation, and breach of contract. Nicole has represented law firms,
real estate firms, landlords, and individuals before various courts. She also has extensive
experience representing students and professors in disciplinary proceedings and Title IX
hearings.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District
Attorney’s Office with a specialization in Hate Crimes. She prosecuted a wide variety of cases,
ranging from sex crimes to attempted murder.
