Regina M. Federico discussed the Title IX process in higher education and the court system, as well as the Biden Administration’s new regulations set to be implemented on August 1, 2024 at Delaware State University’s Third Annual Sexual Assault Prevention Conference. Her presentation provided information on what the process involves for all individuals that may be affected, including complainants, respondents, witnesses, and school administrators.
