Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Selects Regina M. Federico as an “Up and Coming” Lawyer

Nesenoff & Miltenberg, LLP is proud to announce that Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly has recognized Regina M. Federico as an “Up and Coming Lawyer” for 2026. The honor is bestowed upon attorneys who have been members of the bar for 10 years or less yet have already distinguished themselves in the practice of law and community.

Regina represents students, faculty, and staff in gender discrimination, employment discrimination, and due process litigation. She also routinely advocates for and advises individuals involved in school disciplinary proceedings. Outside of her practice, Regina is a general board member of the Federal Bar Association’s Civil Rights Section, where she enjoys connecting with attorneys locally and nationally, member of the Women’s Bar and Boston Bar Associations, and an active parishioner, lector, volunteer, and past-parish council member at St. Adelaide’s Church, West Peabody, MA.

Regina will be recognized with fellow recipients at the annual “Excellence in the Law” awards event on March 24, 2026.
