Since joining the firm’s real estate practice group, Michael has primarily focused on representing and counseling clients in all aspects of complex and large scale commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, sales, financings, and joint venture agreements.
Prior to joining Nesenoff & Miltenberg, Michael specialized in complex commercial and residential real estate transactions where he represented individuals and developers in various transactions throughout the country with a particular focus on IRC 1031 like-kind exchanges, NNN leased properties, entity formation, financing, acquisitions and general contracts.
Michael’s vast experience includes representing buyers, sellers and developers in all facets of cooperative, condominium and residential matters. Michael also has a background in banking law, acting as bank counsel for numerous national and local lending institutions, as well as for wholesale mortgage bankers.
Michael received his J.D. for Hofstra University School of Law in 2013 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
