Ariya is an integral member of the firm’s highly productive real estate team. He provides comprehensive support to clients in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing agreements in the New York metropolitan area and beyond.
A highly capable real estate law practitioner with strong instincts for deal-making, Ariya contributes to transactions from inception to closing. He drafts, negotiates, and reviews contracts of sale and regularly conducts due diligence, including title and lease review. He also negotiates financing arrangements and prepares documents for closing.
Ariya’s commercial leasing representation includes negotiation of many types of leases – including ground and triple net leases – across a variety of asset classes on behalf of landlords as well as lessees.
Clients include the full spectrum of real estate companies, entrepreneurs, and investors, from principals of smaller operations to established entities driving $100+ million transactions. Regardless of the size of the transaction, Ariya applies his practical knowledge to help clients negotiate and close deals successfully.
